The Basics Of Stacking

The Basics Of Stacking

Gains begin with hard training and lots of quality real-food meals. Yet this approach is incomplete without supplements, and lifters can get the maximum benefits from using them if they understand the Basics of Stacking. This article will cover how to stack 5% Nutrition supplements for optimal results.

What Is A Supplement Stack?

A supplement stack is a logical grouping of products that work together to support a primary goal.

Here’s Some Example Stack ideas:

Mass Stack

This Stack includes a pre-workout, and we will start there. For maximum mass, lifters should want a pre-workout combo that will do much more than just increase energy. Several of the 5% products suggested for this goal can be mixed into a single mind-blowing Stack. For example:

  1. Kill It RTD
  2. Full As F*ck

We're going to add:

  1. Core Creatine
  2. Core L- Glutamine

This is an exceptional pre-workout combination. With this combo, get ready for the pump of a lifetime plus the benefits of glutamine. From there:

  1. All Day You May

Drink this during your workout.

  1. Real Carbs + Protein

Drink this immediately after your training session.

  1. Bigger By The Day

Everything you’ve taken so far works to build muscle. Adding 1 or 2 natural muscle builders on top of everything else will drive the point home - hard! Depending on how into it a lifter wants to get, add Freak Show or TEST Booster, as just 2 examples. Take these products as directed on the label. For example, take 2 capsules of Bigger By The Day with breakfast, and 2 with dinner. What about TEST Booster? Take 4 capsules with the same meal daily, for example, breakfast.

Get Lean Stack

If the goal is to get lean, here’s a great Stack:

  1. All Day You Shred
  2. Liquid L-Carnitine 3150

With 125 mg of caffeine, it makes sense to start the day with All Day You Shred. Take Liquid L-Carnitine with the above pre-workout combo. On off-days, take it anytime, but take it at the same time every day. You’ll want to keep your protein intake high and continue to eat clean, whole-food meals consistently throughout the day, with an emphasis on protein and a moderate intake of total carbs.

Build On A Budget Stack

If you’re on a budget, how can you get maximum benefits with fewer products? Simple:

  1. Kill It
  2. Core Creatine
  3. Real Carbs + Protein

This is a very basic Stack, but it will get the job done without breaking the bank. There’s a great creatine blend in Kill It Reloaded, so only take Core Creatine on off-days. A protein powder is a must, and Shake Time is the best there is. If one more product is workable, we suggest the legendary All Day You May.
