Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Pillsbury Zero Sugar Cake Mix
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 ¼ cup cold water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ scoops Real Carbs + Protein, birthday cake flavor
  • 4 ounces whipped cream cheese spread
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) of Light and Fit Greek Yogurt

Instructions

Protein Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray your bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Using an electric mixer, pour your liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the contents of the box and continue mixing.
  5. Add 2 scoops of Real Carbs + Protein and thoroughly mix. This makes the cake mix drier, so add water as needed. You shouldn’t need more than a 1/4 cup.
  6. Pour your batter into your Bundt cake pan prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 28-32 minutes or until done. Check periodically by sticking a toothpick in the middle. Check in 2-3 spots on the cake. When it comes out clean, it’s done.

Icing

  1. 4oz. Whipped cream cheese.
  2. A 5.3oz container of Light & Fit vanilla Greek yogurt.
  3. A half-scoop of Real Carbs + Protein, birthday cake flavor.
  4. Using your electric mixer, mix thoroughly and spread evenly over the top of the cake.
