Real Carbs Breakfast Bowl

It’s time for breakfast, what are you going to have? Instead of another boring meal, try a delicious 5% Nutrition Real Carbs Breakfast Bowl! This tantalizing meal combines Real Carbs (we used Blueberry Cobbler flavor) with Greek yogurt, a banana, and walnuts. Plus, using our recipe for 5% Nutrition Granola, we used some for this recipe. Did we mention the peanut butter? Plus, it only takes about 10 minutes to make. Let’s get started!

  • 1 Scoop Real Carbs, Blueberry Cobbler Flavor
  • ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ¼ Cup Granola
  • 1 TSP Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly combine Greek yogurt and Real Carbs.
  2. Slice and add 1 banana.
  3. Add chopped walnuts.
  4. Add granola.
  5. Heat peanut butter for 10-15 seconds. Drizzle it over the top.
  6. Enjoy!
